"If only you knew how to look better!"
Ya, easy for him to say. He LOVES this game and so finding things isn't such a task for him.
Unfortunately, Keion takes after me and can't find anything either.
This is Kylan's hiding spot. You may have to click on the picture to see it better. We had to have clues to be able to find it.
Keion is really tricky. This is where he hid the thimble on his turn. We never found it until he practically told us where it was. Easy to spot if you're 9 feet tall!Kylan was called to be in YM's. He is the 2nd counselor and will be working with Keion. Yeah!
Too bad I'm going to be released this next week or we could all be in together.
Last night we all went to a Fireside together. Kylan and I drove together and took 3 of the YW with us.
On the way back we missed a turn and got lost for only a second. Kylan turned around in someones driveway and got stuck. How in the world it happened, we don't know. The snow was practically melted to the ground but we were stuck nonetheless.
The YW had to get out and help push the car out. It was quite the site.
To top it off, one of the girls lost her cell phone in the snow when she got out of the car. We didn't know until we were almost home and she couldn't find it. After dropping us all off, Kylan had to turn around and go back to try to find it.
It is a 30 minute drive each way. Major bummer.
If only we wouldn't have gotten stuck.
Such a great way to start off the new calling. The girls were all laughing and it really was funny. They won't forget it, that's for sure!
The cell phone was retrieved and still works. Believe it or not, the girl survived a day without her cell phone...but barely!

Congrats to Kylan! But darn, the girls will really miss you. Sounds like you made some great memories for those girls though. I love YW!
Chaz and Beth had to share a cell phone, and Chaz lost it in the snow too. When he went back to look for it, he ran over it with his car. FUNNY! Well...Beth didn't think so.
Have a good day.

Hide the thimble? You guys are the ones who taught us to hide the pickle! That doesn't sound good, does it? My kids loved hiding the pickle and finding it in the Christmas tree. We'll have to steal your thimble game too!
Hide the Thimble ROCKS!!!!!!
That is crazy you got stuck and the phone of all things. Too funny! Its only funny now that you all survived. Good luck Kylan with the new calling.
Tell Kylan that I don't think on top of the fan counts as "in plain sight"! We loved playing that game at Dan and Jan's. Those are memories that will last a life time. Dan was the best, Kylan must have inherited that from his dad!
That's funny! I love your stories, Sister P.
Ya, I wouldn't want to be the seeker in that game!!!!
HAHAHA....love the story. Nice. I will have to ask about it on Sunday. ;) Re: the thimble.....are you sure Kylan isn't a Richey???? They love that came....I can find everything but a thimble. ;) P.S. Our "valentine" is posted. ;) Thanks for making me laugh!
